THE ECONOMY NEEDS TO IMPROVE FURTHER. THE JOB MARKET
SHOULD OPEN UP, IN AN ENDEAVOUR TO
INCREASE THE
DISPOSABLE INCOME AND CONSUMER
CONFIDENCE

Answer: The government has already taken measures like focussing on affordable housing. The economy needs to improve further. The job market
should open up for the disposable
income to increase and for the
consumer confidence to improve.
Builders, government autl1orities and consumers must act as an eco-system and simplify the processes. We also
need to focus more and more on
consumer-friendly and differentiated quality products. Only then, the
demand could be revived.

WHAT ARE THE PROSPECTS FOR SUCH PROJECTS?

Answer: It is a win -win situation for developers, builders and customers. The private sector should also be involved here. In terms of cost too, it benefits
everybody. Such projects will only help in developing the areas they are located in and improving lifestyles of the
